The item itself is cute but unfortunately the quality is bad. Im okay with a few loose threads here and there but corner of one of the apron straps is completely unraveling. I did contact the company prior to my review and I was just informed to cut the loose threads and go on about my day, but again that wont do much for something that is already unraveled. Unfortunate.
I have seen your pictures, and it is not as serious as you said, you can cut them off and it will be normal. And we do not accept change/return requests for items that had been used already and it was delivered a few day. please report to us if problem and keep it is new . Thank you
